Order Cancellation Policy

A customer may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier. In case of order cancellation, a payment gateway fee of 2.25% will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged Item Policy

If you receive a damaged product, please raise an enquiry with our customer support team at the earliest. Our team will carefully assess the issue and take a genuine and fair decision within 72 hours of receiving the complaint.

Lifetime Warranty Against Termites & Borers:

All solid wood furniture from Mewar Furniture comes with a lifetime warranty against termite and borer infestation, ensuring long-lasting durability.

12 Months Manufacturing Defect Warranty:

The product comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in the materials used, applicable from the date of delivery.

Usage & Wear Disclaimer:

The warranty does not cover damages caused due to misuse, improper handling, usage beyond the intended purpose, or normal wear and tear during regular use.

Fabric & Upholstery Disclaimer:

Fabrics, leatherette, or leather (if used) are not covered under this warranty unless explicitly mentioned. Please follow care instructions to maximize their lifespan.

Modification Disclaimer:

Any modifications or alterations made to the product after purchase are not recommended and will void the entire warranty.

Fragile Items Disclaimer:

Items of fragile nature such as mirrors and glass are not covered under this warranty. However, if a customer receives a damaged item, Mewar Furniture will take appropriate action by repairing or replacing the product after proper verification.

Natural Wood Disclaimer:

Solid wood may develop minor cracks or checks over time due to natural expansion and contraction. These natural characteristics do not affect the durability or life of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.
