You have 7 business days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns.

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to:
our error, or
a defective/damaged product.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
